China Starr is an International Coaching Federation accredited ACC Coach. In 2017, she finished her initial training and has been accredited since early 2018. With over 4,500 hours of coaching experience, C hina specializes in helping clients understand and manage their anxiety through evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology Coaching techniques. 

She provides tools and strategies to cope with daily stressors, enabling clients to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives. Her approach goes beyond symptom management to address the root causes of anxiety, fostering long-term resilience and mental health.
